I can still see her there.
Blonde hair aflame
Sapphire eyes once alight with vitality
Now dim with melancholy and subservience
Once she was a rocket
Soaring through the sky
But the rocket is now wandering afloat in the eternal void of
outer space
She is alone but surrounded by stars
She is thin of body, heavy with dependency
Her deepest lust for that which takes life and leaves behind only
death
He enters her body and with one calculated thrust
He sends her mind into a crazed whirl
As his seed races through her blood her body is overcome with
fever
And for the duration of their copulation
She is submissive to his power
This is what she revels in
She no longer feels the sorrow of regrets
Or the responsibilities that weigh so heavily on her back
I can still see her there
Blonde hair aflame, laughter in the wind
Sapphire eyes twinkling like two star clusters
Her voluptuous body, small busted, full hipped
Undulating with vivacity
Her glorious smile, now a rarity
Could be no more beautiful if her teeth were shaped from pure
ivory
How easily she once succumbed to happiness
I dread seeing her there
Her blonde hair dulled and flat under her back
Her sapphire eyes concealed
Her lips closed in a sullen expression
The tiny flicker of life that she clung to for so long
Finally gone
