DO NOT REMOVE MINE PLEASE

I have decided that rather than put you through the torture of pixeling out the exact same thing I have already drawn, I would offer them as line art and we will start from there. The truth of the matter is, very few people actually alter the shape of the result and the beautiful people that do can edit the outline easy enough as well :)

This is the color palette I am using. You are welcomed to use it too for the purpose of this tutorial :) Remember to use different colors for anything you plan to sell, give away or otherwise share..
petals -
leaves - ![]()
Begin by coloring recoloring the petal outlines with color 1 of the petal palette. Follow that by recoloring the stem outline with color 1 of the leaf palette.

Use #2 to fill in the leaves and petals :)

Now we will begin coloring in the petals.. Use color #3 to draw rounded lines about 4 pixels from the inside of each petal like so :

Fill in the rest of the petal

Use color #4 to draw similar outlines a little further up the petal

Now fill it in :)

As you can see, I tinkered with my shading a bit :) It happens LOL...
Now use the final color to lighten the edges :)

If you look at it regular size, the center of the daffodil doesnt really stand out enough.. So I added this color to shade center... #A97721

I then went on to add a little more of that color in the center of the daffodil ( I dont know what that part of the flower is called ) Like so

Now we basically repeat the same steps for the stem
I am using a brighter shade of green to show you the outline, so you can better see it to know how the lines should generally appear..

And add the lightest color along various edges

Hope you had fun :) See you next time ;)
