Use the third color from your left on the "stem" palette to color in the stem of the two mushrooms.
Use the second color from your left on the "understem" palette to color in the underpart of the two mushrooms.
Use the second color from your left on the "mushroom top " palette to color in the tops of the two mushrooms.
Use the third color from your left on the "polyps" palette to color in the polyps of the two mushrooms.
Use the first color from your left on the "grass" palette to draw a somewhat jagged line connecting one end of the scene to the next. See below.
Make sure there are no breaks so you can easily floodfill the area.
Use the same color of the outline, to color all of the grass.
